Juniper Restaurant is a farm to table restaurant with a seasonal changing menu that offers an exquisite night out at a great value. We selected the 5 Course Tasting menu that had just changed. Each course was expertly prepared and presented. The well prepared coursed were generous, the drinks were creative and delightful. The staff was professional. We will be back for this unbelievable value. Was planning on taking photos of all courses, the experience was too delightful to not get lost in.

Came here for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed! We did the tasting menu and 4 out of the 5 courses were 10/10 for me!! The fish option was the only one I wasn’t crazy about. The beef stroganoff is the star of the show, you can’t go wrong ordering it!!

I had a very good dinner with my parents at Juniper restaurant. The service was attentive and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu, wine and cocktails, and gave excellent recommendations. As far as food is concerned, almost all the dishes were expertly cooked and tasted great. Only one item, mushroom fritto, was absolutely under seasoned so we had to ask for salt. Four different cocktails that we tried were very creative and quite tasty. I wouldn't hesitate visiting this restaurant again.

If you're looking for a dining experience that celebrates local flavors and seasonal ingredients, Juniper in Tulsa is an absolute must-visit. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the stage for an exquisite meal, but it's the food that truly stole the show. We started with the Brussels sprouts, which were perfectly charred, offering a delightful crunch with a sweet and savory glaze that was just irresistible. Next, the scallops were a revelation; cooked to perfection, they were tender, sweet, and complemented by a sauce that enhanced their natural flavors without overpowering them. The beet & pear salad was a vibrant dish, with the earthy beets juxtaposed against the sweetness of the pears, all tied together with a light miso honey dressing. It was both refreshing and beautifully presented. For our main course, the pork chop was a standout. Juicy, flavorful, and with a crisp exterior, it was evident that the meat was of top quality, sourced locally and cooked with care. The jalapeño apple butter and sage polenta added a unique flare to this classic dinner staple. To end on a sweet note, we couldn't pass up the chai crème brûlée. The custard was silky smooth with a delightful contrast from the caramelized sugar top – a classic done to perfection. Juniper's commitment to using fresh, local ingredients is not just a promise; it's evident in every bite. The menu changes with the seasons, ensuring that every visit here feels like a new culinary adventure. If you're in Tulsa and want to experience dining at its finest, Juniper should be at the top of your list.

We ordered the 5 course tasting menu and it was fabulous! The goat cheese, the carrot puree soup, the salmon....gastronomical heaven!! We want to give major props to our server, Mark. When we didn't care for one wine pairing and found one of us wasn't thrilled with heavier tannins, he catered to our tastes perfectly!! Exquisite experience overall...highly recommend!!

SUMMARY/BLUF: A real gem in Tulsa area, amidst the myriad of average to above average fine dining options in the area. Food (esp cocktails) and ambience are excellent, and service is pretty good. Value for the price is spot on. Will return - and potentially our go-to dinner date spot. I don’t give 5 stars that often, but Juniper deserves it from me. DETAILS: We had dinner there this weekend, prior to a show at the Tulsa PAC. It was within walking distance which is why we decided on it. We were greeted promptly at the door, en route to our tabled reservation. Wife ordered a Pinot Grigio, while I got a “Smoke Signal” (variation of Old Fashioned). Both were excellent, mine being one of the best I’ve had (they infuse their own). Our meals were the goat cheese and crab cakes for appetizers, followed by salmon and cider porkchops. All were excellent overall - cooked and seasoned very well. Much care (as it should) was taken in the kitchen to prepare it, which is much appreciated. Only minor (suggested) improvements were that our main dishes were lacking a little side/seasoned veggie of some sort (perhaps some young carrots?) and my risotto was a little on the dry side. Dessert was great too - apple caramel bread pudding. Service (waitress) was okay to start, but got better as the evening went on. She was attentive and not overbearing. Needless to say, we were satisfied customers, and it set the mood for our fantastic evening for arts and entertainment at the PAC. Will revisit again, as they change their menu… this menu was based on the Fall season.

We were in Tulsa for a weekend and decided to give Juniper a try. What a great spot - Service was so accommodating and helpful to our dietary restrictions and the food was so flavorful and perfect. We ordered the duck two ways, signature beef stroganoff, and finished with the crème brûlée. Five stars all around and would definitely return!
